CourtCast Data Deletion

Last updated: September 23, 2026

Anyone can ask CourtCast to delete the personal data it holds about them, including data received through Facebook Login. You do not need to be signed in to make a request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to:

[email protected]

Subject: CourtCast Data Deletion Request

To help CourtCast find your account, include:

  • the email address on your CourtCast account;
  • your CourtCast player name, and your player profile code (for example CC-P-000123) if you know it; and
  • how you sign in to CourtCast (for example Facebook Login or Google).

If possible, send the request from the email address on your CourtCast account. CourtCast may ask you to confirm that you control the account before deleting it.

Never send your Facebook, Google or CourtCast password, access tokens, cookies or any other secret. CourtCast will never ask for them.

What a deletion request covers

A deletion request covers the personal data CourtCast holds about you, including:

  • your linked sign-in identities, such as your app-scoped Facebook user ID;
  • information received from Facebook, such as your name, profile picture and email address;
  • your CourtCast account information, including your email address;
  • the personal information on your player profile, including your photo (including any uploaded image), date of birth, gender, city, province, country, player category, bio and tagline;
  • your club and venue memberships; and
  • your sign-in sessions.

Shared sports records

Match results, tournament and open-play records can involve other players and the clubs and venues that organized them. Where deleting such a record entirely would remove or change other people's results, CourtCast may keep the record and instead remove or disconnect your personal information from it where possible. When your request is complete, CourtCast will tell you if any information was kept and why.

Cost and timing

Deletion requests are processed without charge. Requests will be processed without undue delay, subject to data that CourtCast is required or legitimately permitted to retain. CourtCast will reply to confirm when your request has been completed.

Removing CourtCast from Facebook

Removing CourtCast from your Facebook account and deleting your CourtCast data are two separate steps.

A. Revoke CourtCast's Facebook access

In Facebook, go to:

  1. Settings & privacy
  2. Settings
  3. Apps and Websites
  4. CourtCast
  5. Remove

This stops CourtCast from receiving information from Facebook in the future, but it does not delete data CourtCast already holds.

B. Delete your CourtCast data

To also delete the data CourtCast holds, send a deletion request by email as described above.
