CourtCast Terms of Service

Last updated: September 23, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a CourtCast account or using CourtCast, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the CourtCast Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use CourtCast.

2. CourtCast Service

CourtCast is a racket-sports community service available at courtcast.stream, including its installable web app. It lets players create player profiles, find players, clubs and venues, and take part in open-play sessions and tournaments, including match scoring, results and ratings.

3. Accounts

  • You sign in to CourtCast through a supported sign-in provider, such as Google or Facebook.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in account secure and for activity that happens through your CourtCast account.
  • Each person should have only one CourtCast account and must not sign in as someone else.
  • Tell CourtCast promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Player Profiles

  • Keep your player profile accurate and up to date, and only add information you have the right to share.
  • Player profiles are publicly visible, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • You must not create a profile that impersonates another person.

5. Acceptable Use

When using CourtCast, you must not:

  • post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • deliberately submit false scores, results or profile information;
  • try to access accounts, data or parts of the service you are not authorized to use;
  • interfere with, overload or disrupt the service, or try to bypass its security; or
  • collect other users' information by automated means without permission.

6. Sports, Tournament and Open-Play Information

Schedules, scores, results, rankings and ratings on CourtCast are recorded by players, organizers and referees, or calculated from those records. They may contain errors and may change when records are corrected. Ratings are estimates of playing level and are not official certifications. Match results and participation records form part of shared sporting records that involve other players, clubs and venues.

7. Third-Party Authentication Services

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, your use of that sign-in service is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies. CourtCast is not responsible for those third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The CourtCast name, logo, design and software belong to CourtCast and may not be copied or used without permission. You keep ownership of content you add, such as your profile photo and bio, and you allow CourtCast to store and display that content as part of operating the service.

9. Service Availability

CourtCast is under active development. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance. CourtCast does not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.

10. Suspension or Termination

CourtCast may suspend or disable an account that breaks these terms or puts other users or the service at risk. You can stop using CourtCast at any time and can ask for your data to be deleted by following the data deletion instructions.

11. Privacy

The CourtCast Privacy Policy explains how CourtCast handles your information.

12. Changes to Terms

CourtCast may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use CourtCast after an update means you accept the updated terms.
